Modify / Cancel an Existing Reservation
We accept request for Modification / Cancellation only if you have booked your reservation through Travlu.com
Please note that you are submitting a Modification / Cancellation Request form. This is NOT a confirmation.
Once you submit the Modification / cancellation form, we will review your request and reply you by email within 24 hrs if your request has been completed or not. If you have made your reservation using "Non-Refundable" Rate Programs, then it cannot be cancelled and no refunds will be issued. These are hotel's cancellation policies. You can contact the hotel directly in this case for any questions as we at Travlu.com do not charge customers, the hotel charges you directly and we are not authorized by the hotel to cancel any Non Refundable reservations. If you do not get a reply from us over the email within 24 hrs, you need to contact us again.
